022: Pete and Carl Share Their Morning Routines

What do you do the moment you wake up? Do you use an alarm clock or do you wake up naturally? Do you grab your phone and scroll through the Internet the moment you open your eyes? Do you make time for yourself in the morning or do you feel like you don’t have the time for it? Do you need a morning routine at all? If you need it, how do you get started on one?

In this episode, we share a little bit of our personal lives through our morning routines. These are not drills that we urge you to strictly follow. After all, a morning routine is a very personal ritual. We just want to share morning routine ideas that have made a positive impact on our lives. These help us tap into our body and energy so we optimise our performance each day.

You may already have your own great morning routine activities, that’s good. Our morning routine checklists might help you tweak it to make it more fun or more focused. You may want to mix and match. You may want to use them as starting points for an entirely different routine for you. Whatever you do, all we want is to inspire you to set aside even just a few minutes in the morning concentrating on you
